Application Information
Process
Eighth-grade students will apply to either ECHS or P-TECH through the Home Access Center (HAC). Once the application is submitted, students will be entered into the lottery. ECHS accepts 100 students per year and P-TECH accepts 25 students per year.
Timeline
Recruiting: October 12-20, 2023 at all TISD Junior High campuses
Application
Built into the application will be disclosures and requirements, and partnership requirements for each program. Applicants for P-TECH must currently attend a Tomball ISD school. Any student who lives out of distinct is eligible to apply for ECHS. Students living outside of the district and currently not attending a Tomball ISD school can apply for P-TECH waitlist consideration.

Commitments
Students who were accepted into the lottery must commit by the following date, or they will lose their position to another student on the waitlist.
